U.S. Air Force: SERE Specialists—Enjoying Space!

TSgt Mark Mitchell, 100th Air Refueling Wing, is a Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) non-commissioned officer in charge of training. He was able to take his passion for photography and his knowledge of the night sky to capture mesmerizing photographs. Astrophotography helps Mitchell unwind and focus, while it’s knowledge he passes down to those he teaches during land navigation courses.
