Simple Mullein Leaf Tincture, too easy!

This video is not intended to be medical advice but rather one based on historical uses of Mullein. I grew up knowing it as "Cowboy toilet paper" a names earned for its softness & abundance. Yes, It works just fine for that but you'll have to take my word cuz I ain't doing a video showing how!

Anyways Mullein has been used as a natural remedy for centuries. Primarily it was used for coughs, colds, common flu, and much more serious respiratory ailments. It was also use to treat gout, migraine headaches, as a diuretic amongst many other ailments. Studies of the plant however are limited going no further than "probably safe" by the scientific community.
That said I've been using it most of my life for coughs, colds & flues and it works for me. It's said to have strong antiviral properties which isn't a bad thing in 2020!. Dosage all depends on how it's made & the health of the user so Please use due diligence to research Mullein & how your body reacts to it! Alcohol tinctures from first year growth to second year or flowers are obviously going to vary. Using 40 to 50% clear alcohol like Vodka helps extract good water soluble compounds that would be missed using higher strength grain alcohols. As with any alcohol tincture it won't go bad for decades if properly stored.
