You get the feeling that US President Joe Biden is almost "just holding on," according to Psychiatrist and Author Dr Tanveer Ahmed.

"Which can be a feature of dementia," Dr Ahmed told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

"Where, as long as you've got enough people supporting you, you can sort of just hold on".

"And I think there's a bit of that going on with Joe Biden".

"It will become clearer probably in the next 12 to 18 months".
