What I Eat In A Day | HEALTHY Meals | Staying Lean
Hello! Welcome to my full day of eating. I am currently eating as much nutrient dense as possible and just living life. I am just trying to maintain but also live my dang life! Hope you enjoy!
ALSO!!! I didn't have time to do the voiceover for the workout please forgive me!! Here is what I did:
WARM-UP: 10min on treadmill. Incline 15%. Speed 3.0 MPH.
1. Abductor Machine: Heavy weight 10 reps, medium weight 10 reps, light weight 10 reps. 4 sets
2. Hip Thrusts: 10 reps; 4 sets
3. Wide Stance Squats on Smith: 10 reps; 4 sets
4. Weighted Step-ups: 12 reps each leg; 4 sets
5. Cable Pull Throughs (bend at knee to target glutes): 12 reps; 4 sets
