- Hola hoy les traigo una Torta de harina pan sin horno , económica por menos de 1 € o 1 $ puedes tener esta torta esponjosa , fácil de hacer y sin gluten que más podemos pedir , esta es la primera de una serie de receta económicas que voy ha hacer sin gluten por supuesto.

Valor de la tarta o torta de 18 cm

Harina pan 120 gr = 0,23 €
Azúcar 50 gr. = 0,10€
Polvo de hornear.=. 0,14€
Leche 150 ml. =.0,07€
Huevos 2. =. 0,20€
Aceite 75 ml. = 0,07 €
————-
Total. =. 0,81 €

Comenzamos:

Ingredientes:

120 gr de harina de maíz precocida sin gluten ( la marca que tengas) (1/2 taza )

50 gr de azúcar morena (1/4 taza )

15 gr de polvo de hornear (1 cucharada )
2 huevos
75 ml de aceite vegetal (1/4 taza + 1 cucharada)
150 ml de leche o bebida vegetal (1/2 taza)

Opcional:
Un plátano
Un poco de Canela o sabor que queramos .
Sartén del vídeo 18 cm antiadherente
Cocinamos temperatura o fuego bajo 60 minutos de reloj con tapa para que se cocine por arriba

Notas:
➡️Cuando esté lista esperamos un ratito antes de sacar el bizcocho y le damos unos golpecitos contra la mesa
➡️Podemos poner un papel de hornear en el sartén y echar la mezcla sobre el esto nos ayuda a sacar la tarta mejor
➡️podemos endulzar con pasas o endulzante que tengas o miel alrededor de 4 o 5 cucharadas
➡️Podemos sustituir el huevo por un yogur de 125 gr mejor si es griego

➡️podemos sustituir el polvo de hornear por bicarbonato de sodio para cocinar más una cucharadita de vinagre
➡️podemos sustituir la leche por jugo

Hello, today I bring you a white corn meal cake without oven, cheap for less than 1$ you can have this spongy and gluten-free cake ,we can’t ask for more,

Let’s get started...
Ingredients:
120 gr of gluten-free precooked corn flour (the brand you have) (1/2 cup)

50 gr of brown sugar (1/4 cup) 15 gr of baking powder (1 tablespoon)
2 eggs

75 ml of vegetable oil (1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)

150 ml of milk or vegetable drink (1/2 cup)

Optional: A banana A little Cinnamon or flavor that we want.

➡️ video skillet is 7 inch nonstick skillet

We cook low heat for 60 minutes of clock with cover so that it cooks on top

Notes:

➡️When it is ready we wait a little while before taking out the cake and tap it on the table ➡️We can put a piece of baking paper in the pan and pour the mixture over it, this helps us get up the cake better

➡️we can sweeten with raisins or sweetener you have

➡️We can replace the egg with a 125 gr yogurt better if it is Greek

➡️we can substitute baking powder for baking soda to cook plus one teaspoon of vinegar
