We are WALKING with light WEIGHTS today for an incredible (and incredibly fun!) moderate cardio toning workout that’s perfect for women over 50. Grab your lightest dumbbells and let’s WALK!

We’re interspersing walking with weights and other low impact cardio exercises for a perfect burn that raises your heart rate and tones your muscles. And while we’re walking, we’re chatting all about INTENSITY:

SET UP:
The interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete each exercise (with walking in between) four times before moving on to the next
WARM UP
EXERCISES:
Reach Down and Press Up (two intervals on each side)
Wide Open Side Kicks
Punching High Knees
Bent Over Kickback and Fly
Star Bursts
BUILT-IN FINISHER
Squats with Front Raise / Side Raise and Side Kick
COOL DOWN STRETCHING
