Keeping focus in Unreal is quite the challenge, with all it can do and all the fancy stuff it has on offer...
So I go the other way and use Niagara for a very reduced and calm design, the main animation all built in a scratchpad from nodes with math to find what it can do.
Slight post effect in Vegas.
Soundtrack in Bitwig Studio with the help of the fantastic Synthmaster 3.
