Un excellent poulet au curry plein de saveur. Une vraie invitation au voyage.
Vous pouvez servir en accompagnement du riz basmati.
Recette facile et rapide

Ingrédients :

- 2 oignons
- 3 gousses d'ail
- 600 gr de blanc de poulet
- Huile d'olive
- 1 cuillère à café de gingembre en poudre
- 2 à 3 cuillères à café de curry en poudre
- 40 cl de crème (normale ou légère selon votre préférence)
- sel et poivre
