Hello there ! I’m excited to share this wonderful experience with you! I remember that when I found out I was pregnant, I was so happy and excited but in the back of my mind there was a lot of things I wanted to know, about being pregnant while being overweight or obese. I honestly wish I would of found a video like MINE! That could make me feel confident and understood. I wanted to see that there was more women like me, that got pregnant and where overweight, but had a healthy pregnancy and didn't had bad experiences or major complications. I think we all know that being overweight may not be the healthiest but once your pregnant, there's really nothing you can do ! If you want to have your baby. The only thing you can do, is to try to make healthier choices and pray that everything goes well. So I wanted to share my story so other moms like me or soon to be moms, feel more confident and happy about being plus size and pregnant. Knowing that it is possible to have a healthy and joyful pregnancy even when you are not considered as “healthy” . If you are pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant but you are scare to do so, because you feel that something can go wrong or is to risky or is dangerous . Do not let the fear stop you from having a baby that you are going to love so so much. I learned that my looks and all the negative things that I read or heard really didn't matter at all, because i was so happy and I did everything that my doctor ask me to do, so I could make sure my baby stayed healthy !! This video is long but is full of love and encouragement for you mommas that need it ! I’ll like to say that always listen to your body before making such an important decision as getting pregnant. YOU know yourself better than anyone else and if you feel happy and confident then do it! Make sure to always talk to your doctor and find one that is supportive and makes you feel comfortable in your visits.
Also don't worry about how you are going to look, because even if you have B shape pregnancy bump or it doesn't look round or it seems like you just got fatter. Believe me you look beautiful and your baby loves you so so much. Focus in cherishing all those moments and try be extra happy because your baby needs it ! Happy momma happy baby!!
