This grain to glass video features two beers for the price of one! In this video, we take my normal Mexican Lager recipe and attempt to clone it with 100% gluten free ingredients.

5 gallon batch
8 lbs Pale Millet Malt (Grouse Malting)
4 lbs 3 oz Flaked Corn
24 mL Ondea Pro Liquid Enzyme
24 mL Ceremix Clex Liquid Enzyme
mash: 5.6 gal
Used brewfather salt recommendations for Amercian Light Lager:
0.42g Calcium Chloride, 1.13g Epsom salt, 0.59g Gypsum

rising step mash
124-128F for 30 min
145F for 75 min
172-176 for 30 min

Sparge: 3.8 gal
Used brewfather salt recommendations for Amercian Light Lager:
0.28g Calcium Chloride, 0.77g Epsom salt, 0.41g Gypsum

60 minute boil
1.33 oz Liberty hops (4.3% AA) for full 60 min
1 oz Liberty hops (4.3% AA) at flameout

Fermentis safelager W-34/70 yeast

6.1g Calcium Chloride, 4.71g Epsom salt, 6.1g Gypsum

152F mash for 60 min

Sparge: 7.1 gal
Used brewfather salt recommendations for Amercian Light Lager:
5.3g Calcium Chloride, 4.09g Epsom salt, 5.3g Gypsum

60 minute boil

2.5 oz Liberty hops (4.3% AA) for full 60 min
2 oz Liberty hops (4.3% AA) at flameout

Omega OYL-113 Mexican Lager Yeast
add clarity Ferm at yeast pitch
