Wuhan Coronavirus-Shopping for an 3M N95 face mask/respirator at Home Depot - 武汉肺炎病毒-在美国找口罩买

Today is Feb 1, 2020. I went to the Home Depot in downtown Los Angeles (1675 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017). I went to try to buy an N95 face mask. In the US, pretty much every online store, including amazon and home depot, are sold out of the N95 face masks. Sometimes, the stores will get shipments in and put out the masks. I went to this Home Depot to try my luck.

As I walk in, the first worker says they were sold out. I go to the section where they are normally sold in Aisle 11, the paint section, and indeed, I don't see any masks there. Then I ask someone else, and they point me to the front of the store, where I see some facemasks available.

The key takeaways from this are that: 1) You need to go to the store yourself to check on the stock; 2) Search ALL around the store; 3) Many workers at the stores themselves may be misinformed; 4) There is hope still if you are looking for N95 facemasks at reasonable prices.
