IVF मतलब In Vitro Fertilization या फिर इससे Test-tube Baby भी कहा जाता है। Fallopian Tubes का काम होता है अंडे को महिला देना। कहा अंडा और sperm मिलते है। और उससे बचेदनी में डालना जहां बचा पनप्ता है। इस्स process को लब में किया जाता है और उससे IVF कहते है।

Screening के दौरान Doctors ये जानने की कोशिश करते हैं कि Couples को किस तरीक़े की IVF की ज़रूरत है। IVF कई तरीक़े का होता है। हर अलग IVF process की अलग दवाइयाँ होती है।

Ovarian Stimulation में महिलाएँ jo ख़ुद ke अंडों ke साथ conceive करना चाहती है और यह process 8-12 दिन चलती है जोह के Gonadotropin injections की मदद से किया जाता है। यह process के दौरान daily आपको injections लेने होते है।

3. Temperature का ध्यान रखना

हाँ injection के साथ hospital visits करनी होती है regular checkup के लिए महीने में 3-5 बार। इस visits में Doctors ultrasound करते हैं। ज़्यादातर नीचे से sonography। Blood test करना होता है यह जन्ने के लिए के body में दवाई का कैसे असर हो रहा है।

* इस प्रक्रिया ke लिए ख़ाली पेट अस्पताल जाना होता है
* Egg retrieval के Labs काफ़ी sensitive होते है इसलिए वह किसी तथा का chemical products जैसे कि cosmetic perfume का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना है
* इसी प्रक्रिया के दिन ही husband को Semen sample के लिए बुलाया जाता है।

Semen sample देते वक़्त ये dhyaan रखना चाहिए कि 2 दिन या फिर ज़्यादा से जयदा 7 दिन का gap होना चाहिए।

Embryology part 3-5 दिन का process होता है। doctors ये check करते हैं जोह follicles sonography में दिखाए गए थे। उसे Aspirate करने ke बाद कितने Eggs निकले, Eggs की quality क्या थी, sperm की quality है। eggs और sperm को मिलने के लिए कोनसी Techniques use लेना ज़्यादा बेहतर होगा।
Techniques
* Standard IVF
* ICSI
* IMSI

08:17 Eggs और Sperm को मिलने के कुछ घंटों बाद पता चलता है कि fertilisation हुआ है या नहीं। 3 दिन ke बाद पता चलता है कि self stitch embryos बने हैं या नहीं। अगर bane हैं तो उनकी क्या quality है। 5-6 दिन पर blastocyst कितने बने है aur उनकी quality क्या है।

Embryo transfer same cycle में kiya जा सकता है या फिर Frozen embryo transfer किया जा सकता है।

12-14 दिन पे जब आपको Dr. बुलाते हैं आपको अपना Beta hCG test कर कर जाना है के यह Transfer successful हुआ या नहीं।
