DUMB MISTAKE! PAVEMENT ATE OUR RAD EBIKE HANDLEBAR! || REPAIR + Q&A

Sometimes you just get in a hurry and bad things happen. We’d used our Thule bike rack to carry our Rad Mini Step-thru 2 eBikes 100s of times. But on move day we were in a hurry and Owen forgot to tighten the latch on the bike and the outside bike fell out of the jaws and dropped the handlebar down to the pavement… going 55mph. Luckily the wheel straps held. This is story of that day and the day we found out how great Rad’s customer support is as we repaired them. And since so many of you are always asking we brought back the Q&A segment this week.
