Dr. Danielle Jones, ObGyn, explains waht you need to know about coronavirus in pregnancy, infants, and young kids. We cover everything you need to know about COVID-19 in pregnancy, breastfeeding, and babies. The data we have right now is limited, but drawing on past information and studies coming out of China, we can answer some of the most commonly asked questions. The fetal risks seems to be an unknown, although we aren’t seeing malformations related to the novel coronavirus right now. There have been no maternal mortality (maternal deaths) as of the writing of this description on March 3, 2020.
