10 MINUTE CARDIO HOME WORKOUT// NO EQUIPMENT// ALL LEVELS// LOCKDOWN WORKOUT

Hi everyone and welcome back.
With so many of us in lockdown, quarantine, or self isolation, I had quite a few requests for home workouts. Here is a 10 min cardio workout, no equipment needed, everyone can do. You can do this by yourself, your partner, kids, dogs... All you need is a tiny bit of space.
Now, more than ever, it is important to keep moving. Exercise is not just great for our mental wellbeing, but also our immune system. If you have a request for a workout or yoga video, please let me know in the comments.
