Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
This week is mental health awareness week!
The theme for this year is kindness and I think we could all use a little bit more of that right now. Quarantine has taken a toll on so many people’s mental health and it’s so important to take a step back and be kind to yourself.
This week, do something you love (social distancing rules applied, of course) one of the things that helps me feel positive is writing down (or just thinking) about good things that have happened that day because it can be so easy to point out the bad things but when you start looking for the positive things then you’ll begin noticing them in places you never thought.
