How to add initiatives in Jira cloud

Today I will show you how to add initiatives in the Jira Cloud, which is a straightforward process, but it requires a Jira Pro version. I will explain the differences and how to do it step by step, as many other tutorials do not explain the Jira Pro version. Also, you only can do it if you have a more expensive Jira plan for the Jira Data Center.
