A Simple Life: Martin Yan
Most Americans are familiar with Martin Yan as the face of the iconic PBS TV show "Yan Can Cook," which premiered some 33 years ago in 1982. Through behind-the-scenes footage of Yan at home, at work, and on set, this video gives us a rare glimpse of Yan's life. The exclusive video, "A Simple Life: Martin Yan," is made by CAAM and filmmakers Jim Choi and Chihiro Wimbush for Off the Menu: Asian America. www.caamedia.org/offthemenu
