2 cups warm milk
1 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp white sugar
4 tbsp lard or shortening
FOR FILLING:
2 lbs shoulder pork
oil
minced ginger
1 minced onion
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 star anise or bay leaves
2 cups of water
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted 1/4 cup water
