This unique 20 meter BEEP TEST has a better more modern beep sound. I created it for myself because all the other beep tests hurt my ears with a piercing beep sound.
It is still the exact 21 level beep test that the UK Police force & British Army use as a Fitness Assessment.
This Beep Test is also called - Multi Stage Fitness Test(MSFT), and Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) or Shuttle Run.
