VEGETARIAN CHILLI CON CARNE
This VEGETARIAN CHILLI CON CARNE is easy to cook and taste amazing. It should really be called CHILLI SIN CARNE (Chilli without meat) but I am using a meat alternative. This is a healthier food option compared to a normal Chilli con carne with real minced meat(chopped up eyeballs and other bits..LOL), It is also a high PROTEIN and LOW CARB meal because of the bulgur which is replacing the rice. Ever since I discovered Bulgur I have not had rice, it is a wheat so great for digestion too.
Recipe-
Half a bag of Quorn Mince
1 Onion
Mushrooms
1 Tin of chopped Tomatoes
1 Tin of Kidney beans
1 packet of chilli con carne seasoning
A packet of Bulgur
2 Brown Bread, Garlic and Cheese and a small amount of butter
2tbs Olive Oil
