Welcome to our series "Yoga and women saints of the East". We will practice yoga and learn about these magnificent women.

The reason we are focusing these next 8 weeks on women poet saint is because of the immense power they had. These were incredibly powerful women and they all achieved their power through the practice of Yoga.

I’m talking about the wider aspect of yoga, not just about the physical yoga. But Yoga as a complete path to experience the magnificent power that we all have inside ourselves.

Yoga teaches us that we are powerful beyond belief, yes, all of us. And that power is already inside us. Our yoga practices simply removes all the dirt that prevents us from experiences our own magnificence.

These women poet saints had reached the highest peaks of Yoga. They lived and loved from the understanding of what they truly had inside.
