Russia hosts high-level meeting with Taliban's, Afghan's officials

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the violence in Afghanistan can only be stopped through political means, on Friday, at the second peace talks in Moscow, attended by delegates from the Taliban and members of Afghanistan's High Peace Council. CGTN's Dan Ashby has more from Moscow.
