How to eat 1000 calories a day and feel full // meal ideas to feel full & to lose weight

Eating 1000 calories consistently everyday to lose weight can be challenging and that's because it depends on the foods we consume. Most people starve themselves which is never a good solution towards weight loss. To achieve the urge of avoiding binge eating, we have to be smart and select food that will keep us feeling full in between each meals.
In this 1000 calorie meal plan, I show and explain how to consume foods that will keep you full throughout the day.
Meals have been split into four.
Consuming 1000 calories a day and feeling full can be easy if it is planned and set before executing. So in this video, we do the following:
Majority of our calories will be coming from (in order):
1. Healthy fats
2. Complex foods
3. Proteins
We will be focusing on foods that have high healthy essential fatty acids because your body will take a long time digesting them therefore keeping you full longer. Then we will focus on consuming complex and whole foods that naturally will take a long time for your body to break down and digest. These selected foods are key! And lastly, proteins! Since they are tough, your body will take some time to digest as well. Remember, our goal is keep full longer during the day so we don't binge eat thus we can hit our 1000 calorie goal!
