Stiff back problem? Do the 'Good Morning' exercise loaded or just bodyweight

A fragile lower back is due to tightness and weaker muscle groups around the hip region. In my coaching experience I've realised that a person experiencing lower back issues will find it hard to do a loaded hinging exercise properly.

Start with a very light weight and assess your comfort and slowly build up the weight.
