Thanks for watching Night In The Woods: Healing Existential Anxiety | Screen Therapy.
Night in the Woods is a uniquely balanced game that can comfort and challenge its players to simultaneously laugh at our daily problems and confront our existential crises. Night in the Woods offers players a lot of great encouragement and practice in tackling some of the most relatable and common emotional and psychological obstacles we face in life - particularly the ones we don’t usually talk about; like mental illness, feelings of inadequacy, and the anxiety or depression that can come up during transitions in our lives or existential dread about our place in the universe. This video is about how this game can help us conquer some fears and practice creating meaning for ourselves and our lives.
