Cracklin's
Cracklin's, gratons, chichirones whatever you call them, they are delicious.
Smoking these for an hour made them taste wonderful. I did have the heat a bit too high on this batch. I scorched the lard. However most of the Cracklin's were really good though a few smaller ones did burn. Cracklin's should be cooked over medium heat.

The vintage 1960's era stove in this video a Coleman model 413 has long been discontinued. However, Coleman still makes a very similar model called the 414. That stove is still made in the USA and is available here:
