In this video, the noob tries to animate a knife attack by adjusting almost every frame one by one.

He spends a lot of time tweaking the animation, hoping to make the attack look fast and smooth. But even with all that effort, the movement still ends up looking stiff and lacks the speed you'd expect from a knife attack 😭

Meanwhile, the pro uses a much more efficient workflow.

Instead of focusing on every frame immediately, the pro starts by creating strong key poses that define the attack. The anticipation, strike, and recovery are all blocked out first. Then, by flipping through the animation and refining the timing, the attack becomes much faster, cleaner, and more impactful.

This is one of the biggest differences between beginner and experienced animators 👀
