He spends a lot of time tweaking the animation, hoping to make the attack feel powerful. But despite all that effort, the swing still feels stiff and doesn't really capture the weight of the weapon 😭

Instead of focusing on every frame immediately, the pro starts by creating strong key poses. The anticipation, swing, impact, and follow-through are blocked out first. Then, by flipping through the animation and refining the timing, the attack starts to feel much heavier, smoother, and more satisfying.
