Marker Griffon 13 ID Alpine Ski Binding Removal | Downhill Ski Maintenance

A slow and silent walk-through of a crude removal of Marker Griffon ID 13 downhill ski bindings.

Backstory:
When the Rossignol Soul 7 HD ski went on sale I made the plunge. On the 4th usage the powder forecast at Mary Jane ski area was late. The result was the skis were skied in brutally variable and icy conditions which led to a crease forming in the top sheet near the ski tip. Rossignol asked that the skis be returned without bindings for warranty replacement.

Notes:
* With the skis being damaged, there was no need to protect the bases before sending them back to the manufacturer.
* A Phillips driver was used to remove Pozidrive screws. Not advised as the screws will get progressively gnarled, requiring replacement. A Pozidrive screwdriver should be used for installation.
