House prices have been going crazy of late in Australia, but not just in the big cities, but also in regional Australia. In this video, I talk about a couple of the experiences I’ve had in recent times regarding the crazy house price market in regional Queensland. It became so frenzied, that some people were will to forgo physical house inspections and instead make offer on houses they’ve never seen! Have people gone insane?
