Explained: Garage Radiant Floor Heat Setup w Takagi Tankless Heater

My hours of research on how to do radient floor heating explained here. PEX tube run in the concrete slab with a Takagi tankless heater. Heats a 1250 sq/ft shop. This is a simple setup and you can take water off the valve I used to bleed the system if you want to wash your car. Water coming out of the unit is 104 degrees but can be changed. Total cost was under $2,000 not counting the foam under the concrete or the concrete itself.
