COUNCIL OF KILLERS - STEPHEN KARL HUNT POTENTIALLY POISONING THE PEOPLE OF POWYS
This video shows how the Neath Port Talbot Council Planning Department have approved the planning application P2020/0863 in March 2021 with the sole objective to remove the safety requirement of chemical testing from land that has previously been tested and found to be contaminated with toxic waste.
This planning approval allows the developer to break the Control of Pollution Act 1974 and the 1990 Environmental Protection Act to remove toxic waste from the site without a licence and also to move it closer to homes in Glynneath which have already suffered deaths that can potentially be linked to toxic waste. Resident testimonies in the video include a report of barrels of waste being tipped on site and of excessive contaminated dust. Residents living next to the site have died of a rare neurodenerative disorder that can be linked to contamination.
Toxic waste has already been moved into the Powys recycling company JLA Recycling in Cwmtwrch and the passing of P2020/0863 allows the developer to continue with this removing contaminated waste to this location.
Subsequent to the plans P2020/0863 being approved (without going through the committee) the Chair of the relevant scrutiny committee at th Neath Port Tabot Council can be seen to support the paltering of the public officials he is elected to regulate.
