R-Han 450: Indonesia's 450mm Super Rocket

Indonesia pioneered the construction of a ballistic missile prototype, which later became the R-Han 450 short-range ballistic missile. The Rhan-450 is a surface-to-surface missile with a range of over +100km, developed from the Sonda rx450 base rocket made by the Indonesian Space Agency.

On December 16, 2016, R-Han 450 was successfully launched with a distance of 150 km. From the specifications, the R-Han 450 is expected to reach a maximum altitude and range of 44 km and 129 km respectively if fired at an elevation angle of 70 degrees.
