Tosan: Iran's Domestic Light Tank Specialized For Rapid Response

The Tosan is an Iranian light tank built specifically for rapid reaction forces and strategic penetration missions. Tosan, apparently based on the Alvis Scorpion light tank. Its design and dimensions are completely similar to the British armored vehicle. The Tosan was another system Iranian authorities used to bolster claims it was nearly self-sufficient in arms.
