Instacart Shopper Exposes BOTS AT COSTCO- NO BATCHES-Virtual Care Assistant

Last week, Instacart Shoppers from coast to coast reported the batches were non just about non existent. There is also a change in how we contact chat support. A Chat Support Agent gave me his perspective and reasoning for this, in addition to why Instacart switched to the Virtual Care Assistant. A fellow Instacart Shopper reached out to me with proof of the BOT RINGS operating out of Costco. She provided photographs of these Bot users, along with her conversation she had with a bot user, in this ring. It is maddening Instacart is refusing to address these Bot Rings, and even more perplexing they are putting Costco's customers at risk.

I am so grateful to this shopper who is helping me bring the bot rings to the forefront, and am also so thankful for this chat support agent who I now consider, a friend.
