Frying Time 2 to 3 min per batch
Serving Persons 4 to 6
Ingredients Required
3 cups cabbage shredded
1 medium onion sliced
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
15-17 curry leaves chopped
3-4 chopped green chili
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ cup besan
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp baking soda
salt to taste
OIL to deep fry
