These Songs Made Celebs Beyond Mad

Everyone has that one song that they absolutely cannot stand. For celebrities, sometimes that hatred can be rage-inducingly personal. With that in mind, here are some hit songs that totally outraged certain famous people.

The 90s was a decade of urban legends, so much so that there was even a horror film that came out in 1998 called Urban Legend. While there aren't too many Bigfoots or aliens running around, at least as far as we know, there's at least one urban legend that's endured from this era, and with good reason. As the story goes, Alanis Morissette wrote her vitriolic hit, "You Oughta Know," with Full House's Dave Coulier in mind. It turns out that this rumor is actually true, and Mr. Duplicity isn't exactly excited about his incidental mark on pop culture history.

Coulier and Morissette dated in the early 90s, but it wasn't until nearly two decades later that the actor finally admitted that the song was about him.

The tip-off was the line that goes,

"I hate to bug you in the middle of dinner."

After the pair split, Morissette apparently did call him while he was eating. In 2013, he told HuffPost Live,

"I've always taken the high road and said, 'You know, the guy in that song is an idiot. I would hate to be that guy."

If he's thinking about the high road, that might just mean he's also thought about the low road, so it's not too hard to sense a little bit of anger in there.
