C/U of Harold stretching a chest expander. Extreme C/U of 6 inch nails. Harold takes a nail and bends it in five seconds. Harold then picks up an iron bar and bends it into a 'u' shape.
In his spare time, Harold trains local young people to a "state of fine, physical health and development".
