Before Joerg participated in the group healing meditations during the Berlin Week Long Advanced Retreat, he made a list of his health conditions he'd like to improve. During the meditations, he focused on giving healing energy to the person in the center of the healing circle...but was delighted to find afterwards that chronic pain in his knees had disappeared.
