After pursuing every possible treatment for ulcerative colitis, Gabriel’s doctor told him it was time to consider the life-altering surgery he’d been trying to avoid. But when his therapist recommended Dr Joe’s work, Gabriel embraced the science and began to experiment. But this time, he wasn’t trying to change things matter-to-matter.
