There are just some certain type of experience that your kids can't get in the diaspora, unless they travel to the motherland.

From stoning lizards, rolling car tyres and motobike tyres to chassing goats and chicken. These are lovely childhood experiences that we cant easily come across in the diaspora.

That's one of the reasons why I love to visit the motherland with my family. So that the kids would have a glimpse of what it looks like to grow up in Nigeria. Trust me, they will need it in the future.
