This house needs love and needs to be sold. My name is Nick Ferrand and on this Italian property rummage we explore an abandoned Umbrian farmhouse near to the Tuscan border. I know it needs lots of work, but it could be the most idilic Italian rustic holiday home. Beautiful mature garden, completely overgrown. Lovely 2 bedroom Umbrian farmhouse for sale near the Tuscan border with a swimming pool, 7,400 sqm land, two traditional external staircases that allow access to the first floor where there is a sitting room with the original fireplace and sink, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
