when i discovered reese lansangan's music back in 2018, something inside me clicked. it was the first time i learned about the singer songwriter bedroom artist vibe and i really fell in love with her witty, fun, and sincere storytelling through her lyrics. she is one of the reasons why i ever thought to sing and write my own songs. in fact, a lot of people used to tell me how much of reese they could hear in me as i was just starting out. it's about time i covered one of her songs and i hope to cover more soon. she will always be one of my biggest, most foundational songwriting influences ☝️💗
