15 Minute Beginner HIIT Workout | 1800 Steps | No Jumping!

This 15 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will improve your cardiovascular system, burn belly fat, and build overall strength. One exercise is added to each of 5 rounds. So Round 1 starts with 1 exercise and Round 5 has all 5 exercises! Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest. This workout can be done with no jumping or if you're more advanced, add some hops.

Here are the exercises:
✳️ 1: Side punches
✳️ 2: Butt kicks and pull back
✳️ 3: Skater/Arms up
✳️ 4: Step Forward/Back Arms Up
✳️ 5: High knees/Squat
