MPCNC Primo Build Ep. 09 Installing trucks and Belts

Here we assemble our MPCNC on the table. Put the belts on, with some difficulty. Install the core and square it up. I did not go into all the details on squaring it up, its just a lot of back and forth with a tape measure. I only got mine within a couple millimeters for now since I am unsure if my plasma setup will work, or if I will be tearing it all apart and redoing it as a router.

Printed on a Creality Ender 3 0.4 nozzle, 60 mms, 0.28 layer height, gst3d and sunlu filament.

3/4 EMT galvanized tubing for all the legs and later rails.

I reprinted the belt tensioners with 0.16 layer height, 50mms, 45% infill and 6 walls.
