Ingredients Needed:
- 6 large eggplants.
- 1 pound ground beef.
- 3/4 cup freshly chopped parsley.
- 1 medium-sized onion (diced).
- 1 whole tomato (sliced).
- 1 whole pepper (sliced).
- salt.
- black & red pepper.
- dried basil.
- dried parsley.
