Karen's Kitchen | Spaghetti Carbonara (Japanese Style)

The world is a better place because there is pasta. This Japanese style spaghetti carbonara is super easy to make and requires only a few key ingredients. Follow along for some yummy goodness!

❏ INGREDIENTS (2 Servings) ❏
- 2 cloves Garlic / ニンニク 2片
- Mushrooms / マッシュルーム　好きなだけ
- 5.64 oz Pancetta or Pork Belly / 豚のバラ肉　１−２枚か１６０g
- 1.25 cups of Milk / 牛乳　３００ml
- 4 Fresh Egg Yolks (2 for sauce, 2 for topping) / 新鮮な卵 （ソース用に２つ、トッピング用に２つ、計４個）
- ¼ tsp Salt / 塩 小さじ
- 4.23 oz Mozzarella Cheese / ピザ用チーズ　１２０g
- 6 large spoonfuls Parmesan Cheese / 粉チーズ　大さじ６
- 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon / コンソメ　小さじ１／２
- Olive Oil to coat pan / オリーブオイル
- Black Pepper / 黒胡椒
- Red Pepper Flakes / 赤唐辛子
