Making Naruto's Ramen (feat. Malwanne!)
I always fantasized about having a bite of Naruto's ramen in real life. My Otaku dreams are becoming reality: With some help from Malwanne, we are making my Naruto ramen recipe from scratch.

Broth:
600g pork ribs
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp fermented bean & chili paste (doubanjiang)
1 large onion
1 thumb ginger
1 leek
5 Tbsp awase or any other miso paste
Water
Chashu Pork:
500g pork belly
1/2 cup of mirin
1 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 thumb ginger
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
Water
Narutomaki (Fish Cake):
200g white fish filet
20g ice water
10g flour
4g salt
Eggs:
6 eggs
marinade from chashu pork
Noodles:
400g wheat flour
2 yolks
170g water
1/2 tsp baked baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
