HOW TO DRY PEELS
To dry any sort of citrus peel you can put it in the over 200* F for 20-30 minutes (depends on how thick the peels are). If you want it add dried zest to your scrub or soak, zest it before putting in the oven.

SHELF LIFE (this is MOST of the time, it may not be so for every recipe)
+Fresh fruit (like mashed strawberry or banana) should be refrigerated and used within 1-2 weeks
+Salt and/or sugar scrubs with oil+essential oils will last 12+ months
+Scrubs that have dried herbs and/or dried citrus peels will last 12-24 months (high sugar and salt content help preserve the product)
+Soaks that have essential oils and herbs and/or peels should last 12 or more months (some soaks will last almost indefinitely).

The same rules for scrubs will generally apply to Scrubblebubble scrubs as long as there is a high salt content or doesn't have dried fruit/herbs. I can't give you exactly a time frame on these because theres just too many variables :P
